FY 08 Budget Gimmicks

Although the recently passed FY08 Budget did not contain any bonding for school construction we are now learning that the plan is to bond for school construction in FY09 with the understanding that a portion of the borrowed money would be used for FY08 school construction. Sneaky and dishonest...and it absolutely makes me sick!
