FYI, earlier last week I posted that I would be in Oro Grande today for a rural development conference. I am not there. I am at home, in bed, with, according to my great local doctor, some kind of virus. Fever, body aches, chills...the whole works. Though I am going to make the treck to Phoenix tomorrow for the JCCR meeting so that I can make sure the SLIF (State Lake Improvement Funds) monies are approved by the committee for a local project in Lake Havasu City.
Update: The JCCR Committee approved the Arizona State Park's board request for SLIF monies to complete several projects at Lake Havasu State Park's existing facitities.
